I should have been notified immediately if there was not someone else there to fix the issue. It took me calling and complaining to be told anything. No one called me to tell me this happened. You don’t have to smell to notice a dog is completely covered in pee and has not been fully bathed, not brushed or had their nails trimmed. The girl apparently told her she was done but Madison did not check and blamed covid for not being able to smell the pee. I was told by Madison that the girl who bathed her walked out and that her bath was not completed and her nails were not trimmed. She is COVERED in pee and seems extremely stressed out. This is her first time going to a place like this as we have been using a mobile groomer and she had the worst experience. My puppy has been sitting in a cage for FIVE hours and I picked her up looking way worse than when I dropped her off. We have had problems in the past but decided to give this place another try.

This year’s event will bring back some of the old favorite attractions like free professional pet photos, $5 nail trimmings, local vendors and free lunch but we’ve also added a few new surprises. Press releases, e-blasts, social media and other online campaigns as well as traditional media all go into promoting an event like this and having a great creative direction is crucial to the advertising success. Creative development, sticking to the branding but making each year unique and it’s own. We began planning, organizing and promoting this event 4 years ago and it has grown to be one of the biggest events in Murfreesboro for Pet lovers! This year’s event with take place on Saturday, May 7th from 10am to 2pm at the Kelton’s Hardware and Pet location on highway 96.Ī lot goes into planning a community wide event like this.
